Subscription & Renewal Terms

Automatic Renewal
Photo Club is a recurring monthly subscription. Your subscription will automatically renew each month using the payment method on file unless you cancel before your next billing date.

Billing
You will be charged the subscription price shown at checkout when you first subscribe and again on each recurring billing date. Applicable taxes and shipping charges, if any, will be shown at checkout.

Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your Photo Club subscription through your customer account, including updating your payment information and viewing your subscription details.

Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next renewal, cancellation must be completed before your next billing date. Canceling stops future renewals and does not automatically refund an order or payment that has already been processed.

Current Edition
Each Photo Club release is produced in a limited edition based on the number of members enrolled for that release. Once an edition has closed, it will not be reprinted.

Photo Club is a monthly photographic edition series by artist Tricia Beel, printed on museum-quality archival paper, hand-signed and individually numbered.

Every edition includes a companion postcard, rotating paper goods, and a written story about the photograph. All wrapped up in a beautiful little package.

Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my first Photo Club package?

Subscribe by the 25th to receive that month’s edition. It will ship during the first week of the following month. For example, an October edition reserved by October 25 ships during the first week of November.
What if I subscribe on the 26th?

Your subscription will begin with the following month’s edition.
Can I buy a previous edition?

No. Each release is available only during its enrollment window. Once that window closes, the edition is permanently retired and will never be reprinted. 
Is Photo Club a recurring subscription?

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically each month using the payment method on file until you cancel.
Can I pause, skip, or cancel? 

Yes. You can pause or skip an upcoming edition before its monthly enrollment deadline on the 25th. You can cancel at any time; cancel before your next billing date to avoid the next renewal charge. All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.
